Lorrene Conino is an owner, beauty industry leader, and entrepreneur who has built a career around excellence, education, and service. In 1998, she founded Salon Lorrene & Spa in Palatine, Illinois. She has grown Salon Lorrene & Spa into a premier salon recognized for elevating the client experience around its signature philosophy: “Spoil Yourself.”

With more than four decades in the professional beauty industry, Lorrene has dedicated her career not only to serving her guests, but also to developing the next generation of beauty
professionals. She is passionate about education, mentorship, team development, and creating opportunities for professionals to build successful, rewarding careers.

Lorrene’s leadership has extended well beyond her salon. After more than 16 years of service and leadership with Cosmetologists Chicago and America’s Beauty Show, she believes in helping advance professional education, industry innovation, and opportunities for beauty professionals. She now proudly holds the title of Past President of America’s Beauty Show and Cosmetologists Chicago and remains committed to supporting the continued growth of the professional beauty industry.

As an entrepreneur, mentor, and industry leader, Lorrene believes strongly in helping others recognize their potential. Her journey of building a successful salon and spa from the ground up has shaped her commitment to developing strong teams, encouraging women in leadership, and creating an environment where people can grow both personally and professionally.
